SHADOW TRAVEL AND TOURS a Pampanga based travel agency, we handle all types of travel services from airline tickets, local and international tours & hotel bookings. Shadow Travel and Tours was established to accommodate the growing needs of the travel market at the Clark Economic Zone in Pampanga and its neighboring areas. OUR MISSION To deliver overall satisfaction to our travelers and clients and at the same time fulfilling their requirements and needs with our dedicated and professional staff.

International Airline Reservations & Ticketing
Powered by ABACUS and AMADEUS Global Distribution Systems, we have direct access to all the major airlines around the globe. This system also allows our clients to view their reservations online which provides complete information on weather, maps and aircraft configurations of the flights as well.
Local Airline Reservations & Ticketing
We have direct access with Philippine Airline, Airphil Express, Tiger Airways, Airasia and Cebu Pacific. We also process bookings via Seair and Zest Air.
Hotels
Shadow Travel and Tours provides hotel reservations. Our hotels range from budget to the most premium hotels both local and international.
SPECIAL SERVICES
CLIENTS PROFILING
We create clients profiles of all our frequent passengers to record frequent flyer numbers, special seat preferences and meal requests.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
We assign one point person to handle all your needs, with a back-up person in case the first is not available. 24/7 ON-CALL
SERVICES
Our staffs are equipped with mobile phones for after office requirements; some have access to computer airline systems at home.
